Born in Chatham to Claudette Stekelenburg (Albert) of Wallaceburg and the late Donald Carter. Dearly missed by her husband Wayne of Wallaceburg, daughters Susan Thiessen (Al) of Wallaceburg and Stephanie Brown (John) of Woodstock, and granddaughter Madelyn. Loving sister to Carol Meyer (George) of London and Brenda O'Neil (Dan) of Barrie.

Dear Steph, I'm so sorry for your loss. Just know that you did all that you could for your Mom and she knows you were right beside her all the way. Keep her legacy living by remembering all the special times you had with her especially the good ones in her final days. Live for her, laugh for her, play for her...she will always be right there when you need her, I know. Take care and know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
